The College has been christened with the name Bethlahem, the brith place of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who spread the message of peace and salvation. A college is a happy home, a sacred shrine, A social centre, a state in miniature and a bewitching Brindavan, all beautifully blended into a synthetic structure.

OUR EMBLEM
The emblem of any nation, state, institution, organization or society signifies its aims and functions.Such emblems bring a sense of pride, joy and unity.The emblem would offer inspiration, confidence and courage to meet any challenge at time of crisis. Our emblem has a shield bearing the following components arranged in an order, signifying something as mentioned and a motto banner beneath. The shield at its top right comer has the star of Bethlahem and its rays denote the blessings from above, the cross in the centre – the link between heaven and earth, the book beneath the word of God – the store house of knowledge and wisdom, the ears of grains on both the sides the fertility and prosperity of our nation, the extended hands at the base – the friendship, fellowship and understanding. The motto "Arise and Shine" is taken from the word of God.We are proud of our emblem

Bethlahem College of Education, a self supporting Teacher Training College, affiliated to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University , is owned and managed by Nesamony Memorial Trust, Karungal. Thiru. Gerald Selvaraja is the secretary of this reputed institution. The aim of the Managing Trustee is to impart Teacher Training Education to the weaker sections of the society with a Christian sense of service. The vision of the Management is to bring this Institution to International standards of learning. Our Motto is "Arise and Shine".
